Balancing work with childcare or caregiving, embracing foreign nationals, side-jobbers,
and freelancers – these are all part of enabling flexible working styles
that adapt to the life stages of even full-time employees.
Creating a work environment where diverse talent can thrive
with peace of mind is essential to Japan’s revitalization.
PMP, a team of People Management Professionals, is here to support you on that journey.

Service

Solving HR and
labor management issues

PMP provides two types of services to our clients: troubleshooting services and consulting services. In troubleshooting, we provide the best solutions for the company in a timely manner for a variety of specific, individual cases that HR and management face on a daily basis. If you need a second opinion on a labor issue, or if you are having trouble presenting your case to internal stakeholders, please feel free to reach out to us. Our consulting services consist of HR Solution Services and HR Advisory Services. The former provides a broad HR strategy development from the overall picture to individual themes, while the latter provides advice on more specific system design and system operation. Some services are provided by PMP Social Insurance Labor Law Office, a separate legal entity within the PMP group.
