Solving HR and
labor management issues
PMP provides two types of services to our clients: troubleshooting services and consulting services. In troubleshooting, we provide the best solutions for the company in a timely manner for a variety of specific, individual cases that HR and management face on a daily basis. If you need a second opinion on a labor issue, or if you are having trouble presenting your case to internal stakeholders, please feel free to reach out to us. Our consulting services consist of HR Solution Services and HR Advisory Services. The former provides a broad HR strategy development from the overall picture to individual themes, while the latter provides advice on more specific system design and system operation. Some services are provided by PMP Social Insurance Labor Law Office, a separate legal entity within the PMP group.

The most important asset of
any company is its people.
PMP is a consulting firm specializing in human resources with a track record of over 25 years since its establishment. We have many clients from foreign companies, and we are a bilingual group with Native staff. Our PMP consultants, who have experience as HR managers at major companies and are certified social insurance labor consultants, provide the best solutions for our clients. Together with PMP Social Insurance Labor Law Office, a separate legal entity within the PMP group, we will serve you as your HR partner.
